About Me:
I was born and raised in the Bay Area. I began my career as a Philosophy instructor in 2005 and have taught courses in UC Riverside, Mt. San Jacinto College, 91ÖÆƬ³§, Foothill College, Cañada College, and College of San Mateo.
Much of my time is spent teaching, helping students, revising lectures, and reflecting on ways I can become a better educator. I also dedicate a good amount of time to becoming more learned in my subject matter and those related. As such, I take interest in books in all subjects, especially history, science, and politics.
When I am not wearing my "teacher" or "learner" hat, enjoy skiing, rock climbing, listening to podcasts, playing piano, and learning Mandarin Chinese. Finally, I would be remiss if I failed to mention that I have been a loyal 49ers fan since the days of Montana and Rice.
